About Our Rentals
Westmoreland Sanctuary is looking forward to hosting your upcoming event. Our beautiful, scenic spaces can fit a variety of needs. Contact Westmoreland Sanctuary at info@westmorelandsanctuary.org or (914) 666-8448 to check on availability for your date. We are open to the public 9 AM - 5 PM, Sunday - Saturday. You may visit any time during our hours to view your desired space.
Instructions for Reserving a Rental Space
Pricing & Payment
Rentals Monday – Thursday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Event) Total Rental Price: $550.00
5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Evening Event) Total Rental Price: $650.00
Deposit: $100.00
Day Event Balance: $450.00
Evening Event Balance: $550.00
Damage/Acceptable Use Fee: $100.00
Deposit included in the total cost
The Deposit is non-refundable and is due with the signed contract to secure the date. Deposit will not be returned in the event of cancellation prior to two weeks before the event.
The Balance for the event is due two weeks prior to the event. This includes a fee for the cleaning of the facility. All cleanup is the responsibility of the renter. In the event of cancellation within two weeks of the event, only 50% of the full balance will be returned.
A separate Damage/Acceptable Use Fee is due two weeks prior to event. This fee will be returned after inspection of the facility following rental date. Please refer to contract and instructions for items that will be cause for not returning the Damage/Acceptable Use Fee.
Nature Center
The Westmoreland Sanctuary Nature Center is a 200-year-old reconstructed church. It has two floors. The second floor is a wraparound indoor balcony.

- All children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
- All rentals are for four hours. This includes one hour of setup.
- All outdoor rentals require a rain date to be mutually agreed upon.

The Westmoreland Sanctuary has multiple scenic outdoor areas available for rent. These include the Terrace Garden, which is wheelchair accessible and features a small pond, the Outdoor Theater, which has benched seating, and the Picnic Area, which is also wheelchair accessible.
